Senior Manager of Accounting

Our Client, a privately held service organization, is adding a Senior Manger of Accounting to their team.

In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• General Accounting
• Month-end Closings
• Financial Statement Preparation
• WIP Accounting, Progress Billings, and Revenue Accounting Support
• Installing Budgeting & Forecasting process
• Treasury Accounting & Banking & Liquidity reporting
• Project Accounting Support
• Process Improvement
• Support Audits and ensure Internal Controls are established and adherence
• Managing the operational accounting & staff (a/p & a/r)

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting
• 8+ years experience in a project-based accounting industry (technology, service, construction)
• Viewpoint/Vista Trimble or an ERP system is a plus
• Excellent leadership experience to manage, hire, and mentor staff and help them evolve
• Well-developed Communication skills
• Ability to be in the office collaborating, mentoring, and working with the team 5 days per week
