Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual policy analysis reports and evaluations
Conduct impact assessments and ensure accuracy in policy recommendations
Analyze policy data, identify discrepancies, and create reports for decision-making support
Evaluate policy outcomes by comparing actual results with projected models and policy objectives
Recommend process improvements and assist in the development of policy tools and strategies
Maintain a strong foundation in legislative research, policy analysis, and forecasting
Relevant policy research and impact analysis experience
High proficiency in using data analysis software and policy evaluation tools for reporting
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in policy assessments and legislative analysis
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
