Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports and analyses
Perform billing audits and ensure accuracy in client invoicing calculations
Analyze billing data, identify discrepancies, and create reports for decision support
Evaluate billing performance by comparing actual results with revenue forecasts and billing plans
Recommend process improvements and assist in the development of billing procedures and policies
Maintain a strong foundation in billing compliance, tax regulations, and payment management
Relevant billing processing and compliance experience
High proficiency in using billing software and financial systems for reporting
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoice calculations and payment tracking
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
