Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual mortgage loan reports and analyses
Perform borrower assessments and ensure accuracy in loan evaluations
Analyze loan data, identify discrepancies, and create reports for decision support
Evaluate loan performance by comparing actual results with loan models and forecasts
Recommend process improvements and assist in the development of mortgage origination tools and policies
Maintain a strong foundation in mortgage loan analysis and forecasting
Skills & Experience
Relevant loan analysis experience
High proficiency in using mortgage underwriting software and loan origination tools for reporting
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in loan assessments and application evaluations
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
