Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual claims reports and analyses

  • Perform claim assessments and ensure accuracy in claim evaluations

  • Analyze claims data, identify discrepancies, and create reports for decision support

  • Evaluate claims performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and models

  • Recommend process improvements and assist in the development of claims handling procedures and policies

  • Maintain a strong foundation in claims analysis and risk assessment

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant claims assessment and investigation experience

  • High proficiency in using claims management software and case tracking tools for reporting

  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in claim assessments and evaluations

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
