Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses
- Perform financial reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial statements
- Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and create reports for decision support
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts
- Recommend process improvements and assist in the development of financial tools and reports
- Maintain a strong foundation in financial analysis and forecasting
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of bookkeeping or relevant accounting experience
- High proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools for reporting
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
