Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data entries
Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and create reports for decision support
Evaluate accounting performance by comparing actual results with budget forecasts
Recommend process improvements and assist in the development of accounting procedures and policies
Maintain a strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting

Skills & Experience

Relevant accounting or financial experience
High proficiency in using accounting software and financial reporting tools
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
