Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports and analyses
Perform payroll audits and ensure accuracy in employee compensation calculations
Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and create reports for decision support
Evaluate payroll performance by comparing actual results with budget forecasts and compensation plans
Recommend process improvements and assist in the development of payroll procedures and policies
Maintain a strong foundation in payroll compliance, tax regulations, and compensation management
Relevant payroll processing and compliance experience
High proficiency in using payroll software and HR systems for reporting
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and tax deductions
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
